Consultation is now open for the proposed changes to NDIS legislation. These changes are directly informed by the outcomes of the 2019 independent review of the NDIS legislation, conducted by Mr David Tune AO PSM.

The proposed changes introduce:

1. New rules regarding:
   1. Participant Service Guarantee rules
   2. Plan Administration rules
2. Amended rules regarding:
   1. Children rules
   2. Nominees
   3. Becoming a Participant
   4. Plan Management Rules
   5. Specialised Disability Accommodation rules

Consultation will run for 4 weeks from 9th September until 7^th October 2021.
