THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY AND THEIR COMPANIONS
DACSSA is excited to be planning a workshop for people with disability and their support networks. We welcome all South Australians living with disability to come and contribute.
WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
The DACSSA team is excited to bring to you industry experts, information sharing and local talent. We look forward to welcoming you, sharing our experiences and knowledge and working together to build a courageous and inclusive state.
The workshop will discuss topics such as:
- Our snapshot of disability in South Australia
- Information on the Disability Royal Commission and how you can make submissions
- NDIS and Self-Advocacy
- Education
- Self-care strategies
There will also be panel discussion and question time with industry experts.
PRICING
Ticket purchase includes refreshments and lunch.
Admission is FREE for people with disability and their companion attending on the day.
$50+GST for all others, including service providers, employed carers and other industry professionals. Upon request, DACSSA will issue certificates of attendance to demonstrate professional development.
