Elijah’s family was facing homelessness.  With language translators, DACSSA helped the family to understand the processes they needed to follow, completing forms and applications for alternative housing. When they were about to be evicted, DACSSA supported them to find accommodation. The Advocate maintained good communication to secure community housing that was close to important things like shopping, schools and transport.
