Update to the passage of the Draft Mental Health Act Amendment Bill (2008)

Update to the passage of the Draft Mental Health Act Amendment Bill (2008) is on the agenda to be debated in the first sitting of parliament on the 3 February 2009. This Bill has been presented to the Lower House in 2008 but has stalled for many months. DACSSA will update on our website as we can track its progress through both Houses of the South Australian Parliament.
