Amendments to The Mental Health Act

The Mental Health Act (1993) amendments (2008) are currently before the South Australian House of Assembly and will be debated in the coming weeks. Once debate finishes in the Lower House the Act will move to the Upper House for further debate and consideration of any amendments. DACSSA will update on any developements as this important Act moves through the South Australian Parliament.
