The Disability Advocacy and Complaints Service of South Australia Inc. (DACSSA) helps people with a disability, their family and carers resolve a complaint that happens because of the person's disability or because of their relationship to the person with the disability.
Our services are available without cost to people with a disability, or anyone acting for a person with a disability (for example family, friend or carer) who live in South Australia or a person with a disability visiting South Australia and who uses a South Australian service.
- People can expect to:
- be listened to,
- be taken seriously,
- receive support during the process of resolving a complaint,
- receive information on how to resolve your complaint and what other services can help you.
- be assisted in working out what options are available to resolve a complaint.
- be consulted when deciding what strategies can be used to resolve the complaint.
